I go through the full official PDF — not a forwarded message, not a screenshot, not someone else's summary. The original notification is the only starting point.
Extract Key Details
Eligibility, age limit, fee structure, important dates, application links, required documents — I pull out everything a candidate actually needs and write it in plain language.
Cross-Check Before Publishing
Every detail is verified against the original source one more time before the listing goes live. If something doesn't match, I hold the post until it's confirmed.
Update When Things Change
If the recruiting body issues a corrigendum, extends a deadline, or changes eligibility criteria, I update the listing accordingly — usually within 24-48 hours.
