Selection Process
MPESB will select candidates in four stages:
- Computer-Based Written Examination (MCQ, 100 marks)
- Skill Test / Practical Test (shorthand and typing, as applicable)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Candidates must also meet the prescribed PMT height standards.

Apply online only through the MPESB or MP Online portal. Follow these steps:
- Visit the official MPESB website at https://esb.mp.gov.in/ or the MP Online portal.
- Complete Profile Registration (Profile ID) and biometric verification if you have not done this already.
- Open the link for Subedar (Ministerial) and ASI (Ministerial) Selection Test 2026.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualification, and post preference carefully.
- Upload a photo with the candidate’s name and date, signature, and handwritten declaration.
- Pay the application fee and MP Online charges.
- Submit the form before 08 October 2026 and print the payment receipt.
