The High Court of Judicature at Patna has released the Admit Card for the Ex-Cadre Assistant (Group-C) Computer Based Preliminary Test under Advertisement No. PHC/03/2026. The exam will be held on 18 September 2026 for 68 Assistant posts. Candidates can download the hall ticket from the official website using their registration or login details.

Exam Schedule

The Computer Based Preliminary Test will be conducted on 18 September 2026 in two shifts at centres in Patna and Muzaffarpur. Your exact shift, reporting time and venue are printed on the admit card.

How to Download the Admit Card

  1. Visit the official website of Patna High Court.
  2. Open the Recruitments section on the homepage.
  3. Click the link for Admit Card for Computer Based Preliminary Test for Ex-Cadre Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2026.
  4. Enter your Registration Number / Application Number and Date of Birth / Password (or Enrollment Number, as asked on the portal).
  5. Complete the captcha or verification, if shown, and submit.
  6. Check your name, photo, exam date, reporting time and centre.
  7. Download the admit card PDF and take a clear printout.

Tip: Keep your registration number and date of birth ready before you open the login page. Save a digital copy of the hall ticket as well as the printout.

The hall ticket generally shows the candidate’s name, roll or registration number, photograph, signature, exam date, reporting time, centre address and exam-day instructions. If any detail is wrong, contact the Court through the official website before the exam.

Exam Day Guidelines

Follow every instruction printed on your admit card. Reporting time and the list of allowed documents can differ by centre and shift.

Carry the following:

  • Printed copy of the Patna High Court Assistant Admit Card 2026
  • A valid photo identity proof (as specified on the hall ticket)
  • Any other document mentioned in the admit card instructions

Do not carry items that the hall ticket or centre staff prohibit. Read the instructions on the admit card the night before the exam and leave extra time for travel to Patna or Muzaffarpur.

Without a printed admit card and the ID proof asked on it, you may not be allowed to sit the test. Recheck your shift and centre address before you leave home.

What Happens After the Exam

Candidates who qualify the Computer Based Preliminary Test will be called for the next stages: Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test, Interview, Document Verification and Medical Examination. The result date will be published on the official Patna High Court website.
