How to Calculate Your Score

Use this method to estimate your marks:

Marking Scheme

  • Each correct answer: +1 mark
  • Each wrong answer: -0.33 mark (1/3 negative marking)
  • Unanswered questions: No marks

Formula: Score = (Correct Answers × 1) - (Wrong Answers × 0.33)

Example: If you attempted 140 questions with 100 correct and 40 wrong: Score = (100 × 1) - (40 × 0.33) = 100 - 13.2 = 86.8 marks

💡
The qualifying marks are 40% for General/OBC and 35% for SC/ST categories. However, the actual cutoff depends on the number of vacancies and competition level.
