Salary & Benefits

Pay Level: Level 3 — ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 (7th Pay Commission)

Gross Salary: Approximately ₹32,000 – ₹36,000 per month. In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹31,000 after NPS and insurance deductions. Benefits include DA, HRA, medical facilities, Travel Allowance, pension, and group insurance.

Career Growth: Junior Assistant → Senior Assistant (5–8 years) → Head Assistant → Administrative Officer → Senior Administrative Officer. Promotions are based on seniority, performance, and departmental exams.
